Leesa is the owner of Iscariot Media Pty Ltd, an Aboriginal creative agency specialising in web and graphic design. She has been involved in South East Queensland community organisations and in micro-business since the mid-1990s. Leesa brings a broad range of knowledge and skills from a range of areas including academia, education and social media.

FAMILY:  Roma Pregarc is a traditional owner from South East Queensland with strong connections to Yuggera/Ugarapul/Jagera, Turrbal, and Wangeriburra/Mununjali/Kombumerri/Gugungin.  She actively works to achieve positive social and economic change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

BUSINESS:  She is the founder/sole director of Scope Solutions.   Her qualifications and experience encompass nearly four decades in management, governance, tourism, hospitality, events, and Aboriginal art and craft.  She is a consultant for various community, business, educational and government organisations, as well as a Justice of the Peace.

ACADEMIC:  She is a University Tutor, Guest Lecturer and Elder in Residence for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health course, and also delivers Management and Leadership courses at various Universities and Primary Schools.

Nancy is a Torres Strait Islander woman with extensive knowledge and experience in Indigenous community cultural development, and the retailing of Indigenous art and craft. She has been involved in the arts industry since 1992, promoting arts industry development in Queensland. Nancy is committed to empowering Indigenous artists and enabling them to access opportunities. Nancy is the founder and Director of Bamaga Productions working with governments, business and the community sector to deliver a wide range of cultural events.

Kieran Shirey is a Koori from the Biripi nation. He has been involved in the Infrastructure Asset Management industry since 2003. He is the managing director of LOGiT Australia, proving software and advisory services for asset intensive organisations to improve productivity and decision making capacity. He is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) for the international standard ISO 55001 and graduate of the MURRA Indigenous business master class program (Gen 8).

Charlie Jia was the founding president of the SEQICC in 2006. He has been actively involved in Indigenous business sector development for over two decades. Charlie is co-founder of CJ’s Island Pizza on Stradbroke Island and Karma Lifestyles a business consultancy firm. Karen Seage is a Nunagal, Quandamooka women from Minjerribah North Stradbroke Island. At 26 Karen earned a degree in graphic design and has worked in the print industry since. Karen is the franchise owner of Snap Underwood specialising not just digital print work, but also Indigenous graphic design and web design.

Murray is the founder and Managing Director of Tagai Management Consultants. Tagai MC is a dynamic management consultancy company with intimate knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes, Change Management, Community Development and Stakeholder Engagement practices focused on improving our clients profitability, growth and overall sustainability within Australia and the Asia/Pacific region.

Murray has worked for over 20 years within strategic and operational roles within the public and private sector.
